Meet the Brewer
Allow us to introduce you to the mastermind behind our exceptional beverages: Head Brewer, Adam Boyd. Adam’s expertise knows no bounds, from crafting beer to hard seltzer, and even root beer and kombucha. Originally honing his skills at @irongoatbrewing, Adam now resides in the North Hill area and eagerly embraced the opportunity to bring a brewery to his community at Garland Brew Werks. You’ll find him gardening, baking bread, and perfecting fermented hot sauces when not passionately brewing. Don’t miss the chance to thank Adam when you spot him in the taproom – raise a glass to his hard work and enjoy his remarkable creations!
